About Michele

Michele MacKinnon is a qualified psychologist and executive coach working with individuals and teams to plan and execute sustainable change.  Michele’s career has spanned sectors from financial services to aerospace, and she has supported clients from C-suite executives to young people just entering the work force.

As an experienced coach, she brings expertise and spark to her clients through:

Defining achievement.  With each client, determining meaningful measures of success. Planning and goal setting to ensure that coaching delivers specific outcomes. Working with clients to create stretch opportunities and edge challenges.   Setting coaching goals that keep clients accountable for on-going development.

Improving clarity and understanding.  In a safe, supportive environment, providing feedback and regular checking in so that the client achieves goals and takes away techniques and motivation for on-going growth.
